Persistence is omnipotent in weight loss. Weight loss just like every other goal one wants to achieve needs persistence. Persistence means the act of continuing in a course of action despite the difficulty or opposition. In the beginning of every weight loss journey, your body feels different, especially because of the reduced intake of your previous normal meals, with the change of diet . Your body needs to adapt and it is only a persistent mind that can internalise this process and achieve results. Your ability to control your appetite makes you a warrior in your own weight loss journey.
